- Increased paywall conversion from trial started to paid users by +100%
- Bumped App virality by improving number of invite sent from 2.1 by user to 4.3.
- Designed new B2B features leading to Jumbo acquisition

Lydia is french Fintech used by over 7 millions people across Europe. It started as the best way to exchange money between people and is now one of the most innovative digital bank in Europe.
- Led Product & Design for Lydia's Trading product from scratch. 300k users & €3M spent in the first 2 months.
- Initiate and led the Design System early stage process and initiative.
- Revamped the Sign in & Login flow of the app as a duo with a Product Manager. Reduced number of related support ticket by 35%.
- Worked closely with PMs and Eng on many features such as the Duo Account, Transactions history, and more.

Early Birds was the leader of online retail personalisation in France.
- Joined as first designer to redesign the complete experience of the product to help retailers access the power of personalisation.
- Built a design team of 4 designer, creating design rituals & product process.
- Led the Design System initiatives from components structures to usage guidelines. Prioritised its technical implementation with engineering team.
- Worked on key features from discovery, including user research and interviews, to conception and release.
Acquired by Attraqt and then Crownpeak.
Sept, 2014 - September 2016
Datagif is a creative studio that works mostly with media and tries to help in their digital transformation with a unique answer.
- Launched the agency's online shop (clothes and accessories related to the Internet world).
- Led the technical choices and prioritised the development batches.
- Worked on several front-end projects, including two majors, Liberation.fr & Slate.fr redesign.Clients : Libération.fr, Kitsune, Le Monde, PagesJaunes, reader.fr (Slate).
